Sea You By The Bay Penang

The new kid in Penang at Ferringhi Bay. The new Ferringhi Bay waterfront F&B outlets just opened a few weeks ago. “Sea (not See) You By the Bay” is one of the newly opened cafes there. The cafe is built with ISO containers and with cozy atmosphere. It has very good sea view. It is nice to dine in with nice air conditioning under the hot sun. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly with smiling faces! The potato wedges (to me, it is probably the best that I have tried in Penang) and fish & chips are good. It is a good place to have a relaxing time. Please note that the cafe is very busy during weekends and public holidays which may affect the relaxing feels.

Great cafe to chill at, with a nice view of the beach. Good menu options and refreshing drinks / coffee. Portion was good, and meat serving was pretty generous. Service was relatively quick and friendly. Order through QR code and make your payment after before food is delivered to your table.

A great spot to eat and enjoy views of the ocean. The food came out fast, and was fresh! We loved the decor and airy feel. Keep your receipt for free use of the washroom (which is open to beach goers and free if you make a purchase at a retailer/restaurant)

The indoor space is well-designed and comfortably cool, with a dedicated aesthetic photo spot tucked into the corner—clearly made for those who enjoy a good backdrop. There’s also an outdoor area for those who prefer open-air seating. Service is a strong point here. Plenty of staff and they’re quick and attentive. Overall, a nicely managed place with both style and efficienc

Excellent service from the staff, very kind and helpful. Our child recommended this place after having lunch here, and it did not disappoint...

Friendly waiter, drink taste superd and serve speedy. Food is so nice and will recommend to all. Eat there with my family with 5 kiddos

Lovely staff who took pictures for us and offered to do so in different angles haha! Food is just okay, nothing special, ordered the fish and chips + carbonara. Mozerella sticks were nice. The outdoor seating though, was the highlight of the evening, lovely sunset view, no flies or mosquitoes. And free live band music from the restaurant next to it. P/s there is a private toilet behind if you want to use the restroom, it's RM1 per entry. Parking is ample and considered cheap for this area.

This is a very new place to me, and a new experience to me. They have fusion style food. My favourite was the Pandan Coconut Ice Cream, and the Acai Berry dessert. It is just a delightable taste when you taste something that can wake you up on the freshness that the food has. My friend ordered the Fish & Chips, she said that it is so nice that she finished the plate and wiped the plate clean.
